Your services or menu, prices if you show them, opening hours, address, logo if you have one, and any photos you'd like to use. If you don't have professional photos, we'll advise you on simple options and can use carefully chosen licensed imagery until you do.

Our packages start at $350 for a Starter site, $650 for Signature and $1,050 for Commerce, with optional Care Plans from $39 per month. Every quote is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.

We usually take a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before the website goes live. Payments are made through secure online invoicing.

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the website and domain are yours. Domains are registered in your name, not ours.

Yes. We integrate your website with established platforms such as Square, Booksy, Fresha, Calendly or Toast, depending on your business. Payments are processed securely by the provider. Platform fees are set by the provider, not by us.

Yes. We build quote and enquiry forms tailored to your work, including photo uploads where useful, and send every enquiry straight to your inbox.

We build every site with strong technical SEO fundamentals and help keep your Google Business Profile consistent. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, so we don't. We focus on the foundations that matter.

Vanta Studio is a remote studio working with businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Everything happens by email and video or phone calls, scheduled around your working hours and time zone.

You can manage the site yourself, or choose a Care Plan and simply email us when your services, prices or hours change. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time.
