These terms apply to your use of this website and to projects you commission from Vanta Studio (“we”, “us”). Each project is also covered by a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Quotes and free concepts
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices in US dollars. Your fixed quote is confirmed in writing before work begins.
- A free homepage concept is offered without obligation. Concept designs remain our property unless you go ahead with a project.
Payments
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before launch.
- Care Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
- Third-party costs, such as domain names, ordering or reservation platforms and premium plugins, are paid by you directly to those providers unless agreed otherwise.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you provide (menus, prices, photos, logos and text) and for having the right to use it. We may use licensed stock imagery where agreed, and you can replace it with your own at any time.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and the content created specifically for you. Domains are registered in your name. Third-party software and platforms remain subject to their own licences. With your permission, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
Revisions and timelines
Your proposal sets out the number of revision rounds included. Timelines depend on receiving content and feedback promptly. Extra work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it starts.
No guarantees of results
We build websites following current best practice for performance, accessibility and search engines, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, orders or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-party services
Online ordering, reservations, payments, hosting and similar features may rely on third-party providers. Their terms, fees and availability are set by them, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Website use
The content of this website, including the concept projects shown, is provided for information and remains our intellectual property. Concept projects are fictional design demonstrations and do not represent real businesses.
