This policy explains what information Vanta Studio (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you choose to send through our quote form or by email: your name, email address, business name, business type, country, current website address, project needs, budget range and any message you write.
• Basic technical data that web hosting providers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security and reliability.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or homepage concept, and provide services you ask for.
• To keep records of our communication and agreements.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We never sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Legal basis (UK & EU visitors)

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we process enquiry details on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate: a form-handling service that delivers enquiries to our inbox, our email provider and our website host. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some providers may store data outside your country, using appropriate safeguards where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA or US state privacy laws such as California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. This website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
